Shipping policy
At HejLöv, our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Please allow 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands. We aren't perfect but we try are best and hit the mark at an unusually high rate!
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hejlov with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
